Our real estate practice includes assisting our clients with the purchase and sale of real property, due diligence investigations, the creation and enforcement of leases and rental agreements, drafting, reviewing and recording conveyance, financing and other documents, such as deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, grants of easements and declarations, obtaining governmental permits and approvals, and other real estate related matters.
